Our new sunroom has met and surpassed ALL our expectations! So far, we have had two birthday parties and MANY lunches and dinners out there. It truly brings the outdoors insside and we look forward to many years of enjoyment. Having the extra space when our 8 grandkids visit is SO wonderful!
We wanted to comment on your crew, they were VERY thorough and efficient, never cut corners, and were pleasant and tidy. (And they even washed the windows when they finished). Thanks for your help while we were deciding what we wanted. Please feel free to use us as a reference as needed.

The front door that you installed in our house has added the daylight that we had hoped but it has also added such an exquisite and welcoming addition to our home. When people come to the door, they never fail to remark on the beauty of the door and side lights. It turned our just as we had hoped. When it was installed, the workmen were very efficient and the area was left very neat and tidey upon completion.
We have also enjoyed the patio door that you installed in our den. We never realized a new door would increase the light into the room but the whoe room seems brighter - not to mention the elimination of drafts.

Two years ago we purchased twelve Clarion 600 White with Low E and Argon windows. The windows have the contour colonial grids. We have never regretted our decision to have these windows replaced. Both of you were extremely courteous and informative. Never did we feel high pressure. You were thorough in your explanation. In 1995, we had talked to you and looked at your display in the Carlisle Plaza Mall. One year later we went to the Builder's Show and examined very carefully every replacement window on display. We then read about and listened to information on many kinds of replacement windows. In our estimation, Better View had the best window.
The men installed the windows quickly and carefully. There was no mess. The windows have enhanced the appearance of our house and have made window washing a much easier chore. We were extremely pleased with the sellers, the installers and the windows themselves. In fact, we have highly recommended them to others.

The installation of my window was complete on Thursday, the 31st of October. I wanted to drop you a line and let you know that I could not possibly be more pleased with these windows. The bow window in particular looks absolutely fantastic. Of all the improvements I've made to this house since I bought it, these windows have made the most difference in improving the appearance. I am absolutely delighted.
I would also like to comment on your installers. I have had many things done to this house since I bought it in February of this year. I can safely say, however, that of all the workmen that have worked on my house, yours were by far the most professional, courteous and capable. They did an absolutely outstanding job of installing the windows, and they even cleaned them when they were done. They were also very meticulous in cleaning up after themselves both inside and outside of the house. They were polite and courteous, accommodating and professional; a definite asset to your outfit.
